The following test results are currently not available to view in MyHealth Record: Tests indicating Sexually Transmitted Diseases, HIV, Hepatitis Serologies, Pregnancy Test and tumor markers. Patients who wish to participate can be issued a MyHealthRecord invitation in two ways, 1) while registering for a scheduled visit for hospital services or 2) Stop in the hospital Patient Registration office at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center with a photo ID and ask to be signed up.
